Information Collection When you visit a Site, we will not collect any personally identifiable information about you unless you choose to provide such information to us.

How to Update or Change Your Information or Preferences We want your information and preferences to be accurate and complete. 2) Copy of your current driver's license or state identification (this information is necessary in order for us to authenticate that the request is being made by the individual to whom the information belongs to).
